2020年秋季学期注册报到流程

Online Registration Procedures in Fall Semester of 2020

 

第一步 信息确认

Step 1 information Verification

联系招生办公室,确认进行报到注册。

Students shall contact the admission office to apply for registration.

 

第二步 购买保险

 Step 2 Purchase of Insurance

(境内学生除CSC生外必须自行购买。无法入境的学生可暂不购买,直接跳转第三步 With the exception of CSC students, students inside China must purchase insurance on their own according to the Chinese government policy. Students unable to enter China go directly to Step 3 and will purchase insurance after entering China.

第三步 费用交纳

(不需要交纳学费的学生,请直接跳转第四步)

Step 3 Payment of Tuition Fee

 (Students whose tuitions are waived go directly to Step 4)

 

缴费流程 Payment Procedure

需缴费的学生须在2020.9.14日前完成缴费工作。

Payment must be done before September 14.

缴费方式Payment Methods

1、         A217办公室刷卡缴费。 Swipe cards in the office A217. Working hours:   8:10-10:50 a.m.  2:00-4:00 p.m.

2、         直接缴纳学费至学校账户,然后将缴费凭证缴纳至A217办公室。Transfer tuition to the university bank account and then send the receipt to office A217 or suhui2014@upc.edu.cn.

3、通过二维码进行微信缴费,准确填写个人信息。

Using QR code to pay by WeChat. Be sure to write the precise personal information.

        

请在票据抬头处填写护照号码。

Please fill your passport number in the blank of “Student No.”

 

第四步 学习及管理服务安排

Step 4 Study arrangements and campus service

缴纳完学费的学生微信扫码进入教务群和管理服务群,接收关于教学安排和管理服务的相关通知。请联系通知由招生办公室索要教务微信群二维码以及学生事务群二维码,入群获得相关信息。

After paying the tuition fee, students can contact the admission office for academic and campus service, scan the QR code to join the WeChat group and get the information of course schedule and campus service.
