留培楼A座入住入员：

按照《中国石油大学（华东）安全专项整治三年行动实施方案》的要求，为了从根本上消除违规用电带来的安全隐患，保障住宿人员的安全，国际教育学院决定在留培楼A座所有的学生宿舍房间内安装智能识别限电器。目前准备工作已就绪，从2021年11月29日起将进入室内安装、调试阶段，工期预计为十天。

安装、调试施工进行的时间如下：

上午：8：00——12：00

下午：14：00——18：00

我们将尽量减少因施工对你的生活产生的影响。若有问题，请向物业前台工作人员反映。

DDNS-3型智能识别限电器用户使用须知

1、插座回路：限定的总负载功率为1100瓦。当用电负荷超载时，限电器将自动断电。用户降低用电负荷后自动恢复供电。如果连续超负荷断电3次，将彻底断电，恢复供电只能由前台人员通过红外抄表器实现。

2、空调回路：只能使用空调，不能接其它负载，否则将自动断电。去除非法负载后自动恢复供电。若非法负载始终不去除，将彻底断电，恢复供电只能由前台人员通过红外抄表器实现。

3、热水器回路：只能使用本室的热水器，不能接其它负载，否则将自动断电。去除非法负载后自动恢复供电。若非法负载始终不去除，将彻底断电，恢复供电只能由前台人员通过红外抄表器实现。

In accordance with the requirements of the “Implementation Plan of the Three-Year Action for Safety Special Improvement of China University of Petroleum (East China)”, in order to eliminate the safety hazards caused by the use oflarge-power appliancesand guarantee the safety ofall the people in this building, the College of International Education decidesto install intelligentpowerlimiters in all dormitories. The preparatory work is ready now, and the installation and commissioning stage will be started from November 29, 2021, and the construction period is expected to be ten days.

The installation and commissioning construction time is as follows:

8:00 a.m. -- 12:00 a.m.

2:00 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m.

User Instructions of DDNS-3 Type Intelligent Power Limiter

1.Socket circuit: The limited total load power is 1100 watts. When the power load is overloaded, the limiter will automatically cut off the power. The power supply will be automatically restored after the user reduces the power load. If the power is cut off for 3 times continuously overload, the power will be completely cut off and the power supply can only berestoredby the front desk personnel through infrared meter reader.

2.Air conditioning circuit: It can only be used by the air conditioner, otherwise it will automatically power off. The power supply will be restored automatically after removing the illegal load. If the load is not removed, the power will be completely cut off and the power supply can only be restored by the front desk personnel through the infrared meter reader.

3.Showerheater circuit: It can only be used by theshowerheater, otherwise the power will be automatically cut off. The power supply will be automatically restored after removing oftheloads. If the load is not removed, the power will be completely cut off and the power supply can only be restored by the front desk personnel through the infrared meter reader.
