I. Company Profile

Sunmaker Energy Services (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., founded in 2016, is dedicated to energy development and vocational education training in Africa. Its subordinate company, Tianjin Zhongwu Education Technology Co., Ltd., demonstrates the mixed-ownership reform invested by China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). Sunmaker Oil & Gas Training Institute invested and built in Africa is China's first off-line education and training institution in Africa, and is also the East African training base of China University of Petroleum. Relying on the "Belt and Road" initiative, the Company is committed to building a service platform for China-Africa vocational education, training and cultural exchange, supporting human resources development in Africa and bolstering up the development of Chinese companies in Africa.

The Company is headquartered in Qingdao, China, and its office address is Qingdao International Cooperation and Exchange Center (inside Qingdao West Coast International Tourist Resort). In addition it has an office in Dongying, a training institute in Uganda, Africa and branches in Kenya, Tanzania and South Sudan. Mr. Lyu Jian, the co-founder of the Company, was awarded the 9th "Wang Tao Scholarship", and was included in the 2019 Forbes China Elite List under 30; and Mr. Ma Bo, the other co-founder, was included in the 2018 Forbes China Elite List under 30. At present, the Company employs 56 staffs, with non-Chinese employees account for more than 50% of the workforce, featuring clear global vision, entrepreneurial spirit and rich experience in overseas education and training, which has made the company a laureate exampling school entrepreneurship.

The Company’s clients encompass the multilateral and bilateral international aid and training organizations, such as the World Bank, Enabel in Belgium, GIZ in Germany and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. It customizes and provides training programs for CNPC, CNOOC, Total and other Fortune Global 500 companies. Description

1

Management trainee of petroleum training program

(3 persons)

(I) Position responsibilities

1.       Assist in   resource integrating and communicating with suppliers,   mainly including lecturers, partners and overseas training venues;

2.       Assist in improving the curriculum system,   including the petroleum technology department, human resources department,   finance department and construction security department;

3.       Implement and supervise overseas training programs;

4.       Compile documents, training content and sort   resumes of lecturers;

5.       Assist in technical support for program exchange;

6.       Control the quality of training programs and review   training reports;

7.       Establish and maintain a resource database for   training lecturers.

(II) Requirements

1.       Bachelor degree or above, major in petroleum,   English, management or related;

2.       Be able to use English skillfully in business   negotiation, technical communication with customers and prepare relevant   documents;

3.       Person with experience in petroleum industry,   education and training industry, overseas terminal customer market   development or internship experience in petroleum industry is preferred;

4.       Accept to work overseas, willing to stay in Africa   and build Africa for a long period of time (can return to home for a rest for   21 days after 5 months overseas);

5.       With the spirit of hard work, result-oriented consciousness,   self-management ability, team cooperation ability.

International education

Project assistant

(2 persons)

(I) Position responsibilities

1.     Assist in connecting with local colleges and vocational   schools in Africa to obtain project needs and maintain close ties with local   universities and vocational colleges;

2.     Assist in communicating with   local education authorities at all levels in Africa, maintain relations with   government departments, and obtain government projects and support from government   policies;

3.     Assist in communicating with   local international aid organizations in Africa, maintain relations with   various organizations and obtain projects;

4.     Assist in project bidding process management, including   customer connection, order acquisition, biding document preparation,   follow-up and project execution;

5.     Assist in the planning and management of market channels,   mainly including international and aid organizations, NGOs and other   institutions;

6.     Assist in integrating and maintaining training and   consulting resources;

7.     Be responsible for contact with relevant partners.

(II) Requirements

1.       Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or   international relations, international education, English or related;

2.       Experience is not required. Person with experience   in overseas education, training and consulting industry is preferred;

3.       Be able to use English proficiently to carry out   business negotiation, technical communication and prepare relevant documents   with customers;

4.       Accept a long-term stay in Africa and build Africa   (can return to home for a rest for 21 days after 5 months overseas);

5.       Accept travel on business between different African   countries;

6.       Hardworking spirit, result-oriented,   self-managing ability, teamwork   spirit.

III. Salary and Benefits:

1.  Salary:

(1)  Sign formal labor contract, and provide competitive salary;

(2)  Salary structure: basic position salary + project commission;

2.  Benefits:

(1) Five social insurances and housing fund;

(2) The expenses for food, accommodation, daily necessities, telephone charges, transportation overseas and round-trip air tickets will be reimbursed; and
