If you cannot complete registration in due time, please contact the Admissions Office.

2.Registration Methods

1)Students outside China:

Please conduct an online registration onhttp://cie.upc.edu.cn/info/1163/2103.htmbetween 8 September and 10 September.

2)Students inside China currently living off campus

Please conduct both an online application and an on-campus registration between 7 September and 10 September.

3)Students inside China currently living on campus

Please conduct both an online application and an on-campus registration between 8 September and 10 September.

3. Entering Campus Notices for students inside China currently living off campus

1) After completing online registration steps, please bring the health code (green shown on your smart phone), the COVID-19 nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before entering campus and the Admission Notice (original or printed copy) to enter campus.

● For students living outside Qingdao, you should take two COVID-19 nucleic acid tests. Please take a COVID-19 nucleic acid test before you leave your current city. Student entering campus on 7 and 8 September can take a COVID-19 nucleic acid test on campus free of charge. Student entering campus not on 7 and 8 September should take a COVID-19 nucleic acid test in any Qingdao’s hospital before entering campus. With a valid test report, you can then go to offices for on-campus registration.

● For students living in Qingdao for the past consecutive 14 days or above, you only need to take one COVID-19 nucleic acid test.

2) Please inform the Admissions Office of your estimated date and time of entering campus. Student Affairs Office will arrange a new student volunteer team to welcome you on the campus gate and help with luggage.
