Dear students, the semester is coming to an end. Please be aware of the following important matters.
1. Vacation Time
July 21st to Aug 31st is the summer vacation. The school officially opens on Sep 1st. During the summer holiday, routine affairs are suspended. The College will have teachers on duty to deal with emergencies.
2. Destination Registration for Holidays
By the International Student Service Platform, the students can inquire personal information, rewards and punishments, check payment, register online, handle affairs online, check student activities, register vacation destination, apply for student status change, etc.
International Student Services Platform’s login website: https://upc.at0086.cn/student, username: Student Number, initial password is UPCat0086. After entering the system, click "在校（current student）" in the upper right part to see all the functions of current students. In case of forgetting the password, contact your tutor to reset it.
Log in the International Student Service Platform, find the "假期去向（holiday plan）" and click to fill in the application. The holiday registration deadline is July 20, 2024. If there is any change of itinerary during the holiday, please be sure to update your destination in time.
3. Application of Student Status Change
Students who need to apply for suspension, resumption, transfer, extension of study and other changes in student status should complete the application before Sep 6th, 2024. Log in the International Student Service Platform, find the "学籍异动申请（Application for Study Status Change）" and click to fill in the application. The application deadline is Sep 6th, 2024.
4.Online Registration for New Semester
All students are requested to complete online registration before Sep 6th, 2024. Log in the International Student Service Platform, find "在线注册（Online Registration）" and click to fill in the form.
5. Payment Reminder
Tuition Fees: Please be sure to pay the 2024 Autumn Semester tuition fees before Sep 6th, 2024.Students who do not complete the tuition fee payment before Sep 6th are not eligible for course selection, class attendance, examinations, and credits.

Insurance Fees: For domestic students who need to pay insurance fees, please pay it before the expiration date of insurance. Insurance must be paid in advance of visa application, and the insurance must be paid longer than the extension of visa application.

Accommodation Fees: Students who live on campus must pay the accommodation fee in advance. Pay at the reception of dormitory building.
Safety Reminder
During the summer vacation, please take protective measures.
