ENGONGA FERNANDO MARCOS BICO accompanied president of Equatorial Guinea to pay a state visit to China as a member of delegation in April 2015. He served as an advance person for the preparation of the president’s visit, and participate the financing issue for national petroleum programs in China.

ENGONGA FERNANDO MARCOS BICO enrolled in petroleum program at China University of Petroleum (East China) in 2009. He was excellent in character and learning in university, awarded “excellent class leader” and “Active participator in art and physical activities”, and awarded the “excellent academic performance scholarship”. He served as the vice president of International Students Union, and gained high reputation in students community. He won the first prize in Shandong provincial competition of “Chinese Bridge”.

ENGONGA FERNANDO MARCOS BICO joined Shandong KERRUI Group Co. lmt. After three years of strive, he was promoted as the vice general manager in Equatorial Guinea branch of KERUI. He also works as advisory agent in Bureau of Energy Resource, Mining and Industry of Equatorial Guinea. He contributes a lot to the economic cooperation between China and Equatorial Guinea.
