Go to step 3 when using postgraduate academic system on campus. For students who login the postgraduate system outside of the campus should first finish step 1 and 2.
1. Login webvpn: https://wvpn.upc.edu.cn/login. Username and password are the same used for Digital UPC. Default username and password are the same as the student number.
Note: The password for webvpn should contain capital letters, small letters, special characters and digitals, and no less than 8 characters. If the password cannot meet the requirement, the following message will be shown and students must login the Digital UPC (http://cas.upc.edu.cn/cas/login) to restet the password.

2. Click on "研究生学位与教育综合管理系统“ in the webvpn system.
3. Put in userID and password to log in the postgraduate academic system (https://degrees.upc.edu.cn/GstudentE/UserLogin.aspx).

User ID:Student Number
Password:Birthday date
For example, if the student’s birthday is Jan. 3rd, 1990, the password is 19900103
4. Set the training plan(Before setting the training plan, students shall confirm the research direction and subjects to be selected with the supervisor)

Before selecting the subjects, students need to discuss with the supervisor and confirm which subjects to study in your study period.

When choosing courses, you can see the credit information for each course:

If you have changed your major from pre-degree one, the “跨学科” button need to choose “是”.If you don't change the major, “跨学科” button need to choose “否”. For students who have changed the major, they need to select to study at least two supplymentary courses(补修课) before graduation. There is no credit for study supplymentary courses, and this is only the graduation requirement for changing-major study students.
5. Submit the training plan.
After confirmation, click “提交”(Submit):

Please be noted, once the subjects have been selected in system, students cannot change it anymore, so please at first confirm and then submit(提交).
If you want to save the information firstly, you can click “保存”(Save),and submit later.

Notes: After online submission,please inform your supervisor to review your study plan in the system. The review procedure is consistent with that of Chinese students.
