If you are applying for a program in another university, or applying for a job position, and are asked to send the transcript / other certificates / documents from China University of Petroleum (East China), please follow the steps:

1. Send an email to academic-cie@upc.edu.cn to tell us what documents should be sent.

2. After get the approval from the office, book a DHL ship online.

2) Answer the short questions as follows:

The FROM location MUST be the location shown as follows. You need to fill in the TO information.

Then click “NEXT”, and pay the bill.
