College of International Education
College of International Education (CIE) is a comprehensive institution of international education, research and management of international students as well as international promotion of Chinese language. The college is the International Education Research Base of Shandong Province and Hanban HSK test center approved by the Confucius Institute Headquarters. CIE has about 800 international students from over 60 countries, including degree students (about 80%), Chinese language program students, foundation program students, exchange and visiting students. While all UPC degree programs are open to international students, English-medium programs offered include the foundation program, 9 undergraduate programs, 3 master's programs and all doctoral programs.
